Short version: we collect only what you give us to answer your request, we never sell it, we never use it to train models, and you can have it deleted anytime.

When you submit the demo form we receive the data you type (name, email, and optionally company, phone, message). We use it only to reply and arrange the demo — a pre-contractual measure under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Standard technical logs (IP, request time) are kept briefly for security.
This site uses no tracking, advertising, analytics or profiling cookies. Only technical and security elements: your theme preference (stored locally in your browser — not a cookie), one login cookie for the client area, and an anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the forms. As these are strictly technical, no cookie-consent banner is required. Fonts are self-hosted (no third-party font requests).
Our servers are in the EU (Germany). Form notifications are delivered via Zoho Mail (EU). The site is served through Cloudflare. If you ask to be called back, the outbound call is routed via Telnyx (Italy only); see the callback consent. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models.
We keep demo requests for the time needed to handle them, then delete them. You can request access, correction or deletion anytime at [email protected]; you may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante Privacy).
